It was a 99 Luftballoons kind of evening at the “It” Premiere in Hollywood as a creepy procession wearing yellow raincoats and holding red ballons made their way to the red carpet posing as  disturbing human adornments and adding atmosphere to the event.

And while Bill Skarsgard may be the spine-chilling Pennywise in the new remake of Stephen King’s “It,” his older brother  was the scary one at the film’s LA premiere held at the Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Tuesday (September 6, 2017.) As Bill posed for photographers, looking straight-faced and enjoying the media attention, Alexander photobombed him and proceeded to make a series of silly faces. At one point, Alexander snarled beside him and placed a hand on Bill’s shoulder trying to rattle his 27 year old brother. The younger Skarsgard, who appeared unfazed by his older brother’s silly antics, merely cracked a wry smile.

Bill was joined by both of his famous siblings for the event, Gustaf Skarsgard, is a series regular on History Channel’s “Vikings” and he will also be seen on “Westworld” season two.

Other attendees included Tiffani Thiessen, Travis Barker, Jeff Garlin, Lou Lou Safran, Derek Hough, Corey Feldman, Gene Simmons and family, Emily V. Gordon and Kumail Nanjiani among others.

About the Film:

The film tells the story of seven young outcasts growing up in the township of Derry, Maine, who call themselves the Losers’ Club.  Each of them has been ostracized for one reason or another; each has a target on their back from the local pack of bullies…and all have seen their inner fears come to life in the form of an ancient shapeshifting predator they can only call It.

For as long as their town has existed, Derry has been the entity’s hunting ground, emerging from the sewers every 27 years to feed on the terrors of its chosen prey: Derry’s children.  Banding together over one horrifying and exhilarating summer, the Losers form a close bond to help them overcome their own fears and stop a killing cycle that began on a rainy day, with a small boy chasing a paper boat as it swept down a storm drain…and into the hands of Pennywise the Clown.  “IT” in theaters on SEPTEMBER 8, 2017.
