Marvel fans, rejoice. The very first poster and sneak peek trailer for ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’ has hit the internet this morning (October 19, 2016.)
Based on the Marvel Comics superhero team, the film is produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It is the sequel to 2014’s ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ and the fifteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
As in the first film, Guardians 2 is written and directed by James Gunn. Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel and the rest of the crew have also all re-enlisted for the second installment of the fan-favorite Sci-fi, Action, Superhero flick, which picks up shortly after 2014’s original ‘Guardians of the Galaxy‘ left off.
The film centers on the Guardians as they travel throughout the cosmos and struggle to keep their newfound family together, while helping Peter Quill learn more about his true parentage.
It is set for release May 2017.
